Create a unique ashtray of your own design — handcrafted from epoxy resin with attention to every detail.
How to order:
- Choose the desired shape
- Describe your design in the "Your wish" field — colors, motif, inscription, or attach a photo
- After placing the order, we will contact you to confirm the details
- After confirmation, we start manufacturing
- The finished ashtray is sent with Speedy or Econt
⚠️ Important: Custom items are made specifically for you and require prepayment by card. Cash on delivery orders are not accepted for custom ashtrays!

Shipping:
- Production: 2-3 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 1-3 business days

Returns:
Due to the personalized nature of the product, custom orders are not eligible for return except in case of defect or damage during delivery.

Standard orders are made within 2-3 business days. More complex designs may take a little longer – we will inform you in advance.
