REFUND POLICY

At Resinova, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the terms below.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at resinova.online@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products are shipped from our international fulfillment center, and return packages must be sent to the address provided at the time your return is approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for packages that are lost or not received.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned products should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Products that are damaged, opened and substantially used up, or missing major components may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that a refund is not possible until the returned goods have been received and inspected by our team.

Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer a refund for: items returned after the 60-day window, items that show signs of use beyond opening and sampling the product, or orders where the return shipment is not received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at resinova.online@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you — no return shipping required in this case.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
