SHIPPING POLICY

Once the order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process it. If you place your order on a Friday night or over the weekend, it may take a little longer. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 3-10 business days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as simple as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Here is how your order will be processed and delivered.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Resinova is very simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart."
Here it is important to check that you have selected the correct quantity/bundle. If everything is in order, click "Checkout." On the information page, enter the correct shipping address details and make sure that all data is correct. Once you have filled in the data correctly, click "Continue to Shipping."
On the "Shipping" page, you have the possibility to check the address data you have entered. You can then continue by clicking "Continue to Payment."
In the payment options, you can choose between different payment methods. At Resinova, all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the correct payment method, click "Complete Order" and you will be redirected to your chosen payment method if required. Shipping Your Order
We make sure your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible. Please note that, like many online stores, we may occasionally experience delays during high-demand periods.
