TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website resinova.online (the "Site") and any purchase you make through the Site. The Site is owned and operated by [Your Legal Business Name] ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Return Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE
The Site and all products offered are intended solely for customers located in, and shipping to addresses within, the United States. We do not currently accept orders for shipment outside the United States. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order.
3. PRODUCTS
We offer a curated selection of home décor products, including but not limited to artificial garlands such as our Real Touch Cedar Garlands.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, actual color and appearance may vary depending on your device display. Minor variations in size, color, or texture between the product image and the item received are normal for artificial botanical products and do not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse any order.
4. PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted, and to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, with a full refund issued.
Prices displayed do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated and added at checkout where required by law.
5. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, including "Buy One, Get One Free" (BOGO) or similar multi-item offers. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
(a) apply only to the specific products, quantities, and time periods stated;
(b) may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or coupon unless expressly permitted;
(c) are subject to availability and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn at our sole discretion, including countdown/expiration timers displayed on product pages; and
(d) have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product(s).
7. PAYMENT
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. You authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship exclusively within the United States. Estimated processing time is 1-3 business days, followed by carrier transit time of approximately 7-10 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by you, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, contact us at resinova.online@gmail.com within 14 days.
9. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
9.1 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Replacement Only — No Cash Refunds)
We offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, valid from the date of delivery, covering product replacement only. This guarantee does NOT entitle you to a cash refund, store credit, or partial refund under any circumstances. Requests for a refund under this guarantee will not be honored — only a replacement item may be issued.
To be eligible for a replacement:
(a) You must submit a written claim to resinova.online@gmail.com within 60 days of delivery, including clear photographic or video evidence of the quality issue;
(b) The issue must relate to a manufacturing or material defect, not normal wear, improper handling, storage, or misuse;
(c) The product must not have been altered or modified;
(d) Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required;
(e) Limited to one (1) replacement per original unit purchased. Non-transferable, applies only to the original purchaser.
We reserve sole discretion to determine whether a claim qualifies as a genuine quality defect.
9.2 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — Conditions and Exclusions
IMPORTANT: Approved refunds do NOT include the full amount originally paid. The following amounts are deducted from any approved refund and are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Original outbound shipping charges — non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs — the customer's sole responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or the item arrived defective/damaged (see Section 9.3).
- A restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's purchase price, deducted to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
In other words, the refund you receive will be your purchase price, minus original shipping, minus any applicable restocking fee. This is the actual amount you will see credited back — not the full order total.
To be eligible for any refund, ALL of the following must apply:
(a) You must first contact resinova.online@gmail.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping any item back. Items returned without a valid RMA will not be accepted or refunded.
(b) The RMA request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
(c) Once an RMA is issued, the item must be received at our returns facility within 14 days of RMA issuance, or the return will be void.
(d) The item must be unused, free of any odor, free of customer-caused damage, and returned in its original packaging with all original tags and accessories.
(e) Items purchased under a promotional bundle (e.g., "Buy One, Get One Free") must be returned in full as a set; partial returns of bundled promotional orders are not accepted, and the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the pre-promotion list price.
(f) Sale items, clearance items, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
(g) This 30-day guarantee may not be combined with a claim under the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 9.1); you may pursue one remedy per issue, not both.
(h) The return shipping address will be provided individually upon RMA approval and may vary. Packages sent to any other address will not be accepted or refunded.
We reserve the right to deny future purchases from any customer engaging in abusive return behavior.
9.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you, at our discretion — this is the one case where original and return shipping are NOT deducted.
9.4 Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if we reasonably determine the item was misused or damaged after delivery through no fault of ours, or the request falls outside the applicable guarantee window.
10. CANCELLATIONS
You may request to cancel an order prior to shipping by contacting resinova.online@gmail.com. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled, but Section 9 applies.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the "RESINOVA" name and branding, is the property of SVCP LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN SECTION 9.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SVCP LLC, ITS OFFICERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting resinova.online@gmail.com.
